Acceptable stay with minor issues
easy access valet parking unhelpful staff lacking atmosphere
the valet parking started my visit positively as it required no prebooking.
The house keeping let themselves in and the atmosphere at the gong bar was subpar. I found the staff there unhelpful.

decent stay with some issues
polite staff early check-in superb view privacy concern slow service expensive wine
the staff members were polite. they were friendly and engaging. i checked in early and it was great. our room had superb views to the west of the city.
our bathroom lacked privacy. i could see into my neighbour's room. closing the blinds defeated the purpose of having a bath that overlooks the city. the restaurant service was slow.

lovely stay
helpful staff surprise upgrade fine view arranged tour
i found the staff to be helpful. i was upgraded upon arrival, a very nice surprise. the view from the room included the thames, tower bridge, and the tower of. the concierge arranged tours and suggested dining experiences, which i especially liked.
The windows do not open. This limits fresh air. dust accumulated because of it.

the restaurant boasts amazing views to enjoy while eating. a great choice of food and drink is available. i found the food to be very tasty and well prepared. the service was also prompt and friendly.

the hotel includes an infinity pool and sauna. i enjoyed using these wellness amenities . the pool area was clean, and the sauna provided a relaxing experience after a long day of sightseeing. i really appreciated that.
